14JAN08

Well we made it back from Arizona last week!! It was a great but very busy visit!! First, let me say to those I DIDN'T get to see I'm sorry!! It was so crazy! Christmas is a hard time to come b/c we're busy enough when we visit throwing that in the mix makes it ridiculous!! Plus, with Travis coming and us wanting to just spend time together we got even less done than normal! The plane ride home was great! Alexis was a little angel which made for a very relaxing 24 hours! I was so uncomfortable though! I've now decided I will avoid traveling in my first AND third trimester!! :) We're adjusting back to the time although it's always harder coming back then going for some reason! Alexis slept through the night finally last night and the night before! I on the other hand am waking up every hour and can NOT keep my eyes open past 9 or 9:30 (very unusual for me!) I'm not complaining though the end result is, of course, worth it!

Speaking of the end, I had a Doctor appt. on Saturday and everything is great! The Doctor has set my induction date so, I will be going in on the 20th of February!! As long as I don't go into labor early Travis should definately be there even if he decides to do Pathfinder school right after Ranger school (Pathfinder is another 3 week school there in GA and he would really like to do it and it starts 2 days after Ranger school is over!) I can't believe I only have 5 weeks left and then I will be a mommy of 2!!!! Oh, for those who don't know we have a definate name for this sweet little girl... Ryan Pyper McBride. We're very excited!

Last but not least, Travis's deployment date got pushed back AGAIN!!!! Only a month this time but with a new baby coming we'll take it!!! So Ryan will be around 6 weeks when he deploys instead of 2!! He actually doesn't even know yet since he has no communication with anyone!!

I guess that's it for now! I've been very busy getting organized and ready as much as I can for this baby!! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday! Alexis of course was spoiled rotten but now that we're home she's loving all the new toys she got!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
