Random September pictures!

This is David's buddy Sergio.  Sergio loves David and thinks he is still the baby from last year when he met him even though David is now much taller and bigger than his 1 year older friend!  ;)  Such Cuties!

One day Ryan was sitting her doing this pose.  I asked her if she was meditating to which she replied, "no MOM it's YODA!"  HAHAHA!

Our sweet friend Eric was in the hospital for over a week!  He is fine now (thank goodness!)  But we got to enjoy Anya for that whole time and the girls loved it!  This was laundry day and so Anya had to wear one of my shirts as pajamas and the girls decided to get on shirts that were way too big as well!  Solidarity sisters.  And just adorable!

At Subway crammed onto one bench with tons of other open seats.  Happy as can be.

This girl has the best bed head.  On this particular morning she got up while I was getting ready and had gone to the bathroom.  When I went to say good morning she came out pointed at her hair and said, "MOM LOOK AT MY HAIR?!!"  She rocks that bed head!

They love their movie nights!  David watched for maybe 30 seconds...

Love this kids snuggles in the morning!

The kids were more than thrilled to hear that I signed us all up for the Run or Dye again this year!!!  These color runs are EVERYWHERE and they all have different names with the same fun idea.  Run and get colored.  The kids ran (even David who refused to stay in his stroller and Ryan who fell towards the end but pushed through!)   We went this time with Ashley and her kids and they all did really well.  Love that the kids are as excited as I get about races! ;)

I love now that I've been running a couple years I get to re-do some of the races I loved or are for a good cause and I know which ones I don't want to do again plus trying new ones of course.  This was the Fisher House Memorial Run that I did last year and knew I would be doing again.  They line the route with a boot for each person killed since 9/11 along with a picture.  I have so much respect for these men and women and I will always do anything I can to recognize the sacrifice they and their families have made.  It was a perfect day to show that people remember them.  I will never forget.

David is busier than my girls were.  He seems to get into quite a bit more.  Sometimes, I'm not sure if that's because I'm more of a slacker and I leave more in his reach or if he really is just that much more busy.  Either way, he loves to get into my make-up!  Mascara, eye shadow, lip gloss, lip stick...  Whatever this kid can his hands on.  It's just too cute to not get a picture before I clean him up!

Random August Pictures...

Alexis ran for her first Student Counsel Position.  She picked secratary (along with about 20 other kids! HA!)  She didn't win but she had a LOT of fun making her posters and handouts.  We looked at TONS of slogans and she really loved I Might Be a Rookie but I'm One Smart Cookie!  So cute.  She also did a fantastic job on her speech!  So proud of her.

Ashley got Lexi and Hannah these sew it yourself dolls and the girls loved making them and still constantly play with them!

David is working on rolling out the aches from his running.

One random day we went over to Cristines and then proceded to spend the next 6 hours doing a puzzle.  HAHA.  Total nerds and completely FUN!

Ryan regularily asks me to take a picture of her.  She was adorable in this one so I had to share.

With all the races I do these kids have gotten the racing bug!  They love the color runs and then Ashley told me about the Spartan kids run.  I was sure they would love it and I was right!!  They all had so much fun and all 4 of them ran their little hearts out.  David was too young but he will get in on the action as soon as he is old enough!!  It was a fun day for the kids and it was all about them!

Parking ready to go!

David had to get in on the number tats!

Ryan and Will ready to go.  We missed their starting time and didn't want to wait a full hour for the next one so the lady said they could go with the 7 and 8 year olds but they would have to start a few seconds after the rest of the group.   Only thing is not only did they catch up with the other kids Will was second and Ryan was third!!

Proud of her medal!

Alexis and Hannah ready to go!  They both raced really well too and I can't remember what number Lex was but top 5 for sure!

Racing for the loot!  (And the tshirts! ;))

Lex had to let David hold her medal so he could feel like he raced too.

Spartan Finishers in their shirts and medals!

These 3 have my heart!
