Christmas Day was possibly one of my favorite Christmas's of all time.  (I may have said that before but this one was great!) We slept till about 7 and then came down and got our morning started.  The girls were so excited and David was excited because they were excited.  We loved having Dave and Kerry with us to unwrap presents and the only bad thing about the day was saying goodbye to them.  (After Travis made his famous crepes for breakfast of course.)  Once they left we hung out played with our new toys, played our new games, and watched out new movies.  We never got out of our Christmas jammies (we needed to get good use out of them of course.)  It was the perfect day!!

Rushing down the stairs!

David slam dunked his new basketball right away!

He pretty much just wanted the paper again.

Ryan unwrapping one of her gifts.

Lexi excited over her lots o beads

Tutus from my mom HILARIOUS they look so gangsta with their I love you gang signs and head bands.  HAHA!
This may have been the favorite gift of the day.  Marshmallow shooters for all and you better believe we hada marshmallow war for a good 15 minutes the second we unwrapped them.
Well some of us were shooting others of us just ate the ammo... And Grandma Kerry peeking in on this pic.  I didn't get any real pictures with them!

Christmas Eve was lots of fun!  We had Dave and Kerry still here and then the Holtgrewe's game over and we had dinner, played games, and the kids got to unwrap gifts to and from each other. After the Holtgrewe's left we got our Christmas jammies of course and the kiddos went to bed anxious for the morning!

Of course I can't resist the Christmas Sunday clothes.  I mean they could not be cuter.

The hat, the bow tie, the vest?  I just can't! ;)

Very happy with their gifts!

Oh we had carolers on Christmas Eve!  This was a few families from the ward!  I have not had carolers in a long time and we LOVED it!!  We even grabbed the kids out of bed to come watch!!

LOVED the Christmas jammies this year!

It's getting harder and harder to get pictures with everyone looking!

Merry Christmas!

Going back to the beginning of December...  Travis's company had a Christmas Activity and they got to decorate cookies, make Christmas cards and of course see Santa (who came in on a stryker of course. HAHA!)  Unfortunately, David was pretty sick that day so Trav took the girls while I had David at the dotor...  They had a great time and I really do appreciate the people who put stuff like this together!

How great is my husband?  Knowing I needed lots of pictures to blog of coures! :)

Decorated Cookies!

Of course they brought their list (which was a very reasonable list for the record!)

Just to show how sick my poor boy was both these pictures were taken befor 8:30 AM and he ended up sleeping almost the entire day.  Poor baby boy but man do I love those sickie snuggles!

It's no secret that we LOVE when Grandma Kerry and Papa come.  We all love having them here and we made the most of our time!  They were only here for 9 days and we could have kept them here for at least 9 more! ;)

We played at the park (and went on lots of walks!)

We went to Costco of course (and made Papa push the cart!)

We played at Costco too. :) (I decided I didn't need this adorable kid recliner even though David looked perfect in it!)

Kerry, Lexi, and I went and saw Anya in The Nutcracker

3 Purdy ladies

We did awesome crafts with Grandma Kerry.

We spent Christmas Eve (and other days) at the beach! (Is that not what everyone does on Christmas Eve Day?)

Saw some Hawaiian Monk Seals.

Come Back Soon Grandma and Papa!

The other hike Kerry and Dave did while they were here was Hanauma Bay which is a GREAT hike.  I really wanted to go but they were going to go snorkeling right after and there is no way David would have lasted that long!  So I'm a little (okay a lot b/c the girls got to go down to the rock bridge and I haven't gotten to do that yet!) jealous but I'm glad the girls and Travis got to spend the day with Dave and Kerry.

Not a bad view huh?

The rock bridge!!  So jealous!

Eventually Ryan brings everyone to the shaka world! HA!

So super cool!

The toughest part of the hike is at the end!  Super hikers!

One of the days while Dave and Kerry were visiting the boys took the girls hiking and the girls took the boy shopping! HAHA!  I didn't take any pictures of Kerry, David, and I at the flea markets but trust me we shopped until David dropped!  Travis and Dave got some great pictures at one of our favorite hiking spots Pu'u Pia.  It's such a beautiful hike.  The trail is gorgeous and the view at the end is PERFECT.  I'm glad they were able to go.

This is a pull off point with a great view of Diamond Head.  I do not think Ryan has control of her shaka anymore.  You say pictures and her hand automatically goes into that pose. Ha!

I'm guessing she just didn't get her hand quite there in time.  And look at my sweet Tuck dog.  He loves hiking!

Part of the trail.  So pretty!

Part of the view and they captured a rainbow!

Aww they love their daddy.

What a great group of hikers!
