Well Happy Saint Patty's Day everyone! :) Not much going on around here! Kerry left last Thursday so I've been doing it on my own for a few days!! (Well just while Travis is at work!) I gotta tell you 2 kids is a LOT different than one!! I swear I haven't been on time to ANYTHING since I had Ryan! I went to the grocery store by myself with both girls on Friday and today I ran a bunch of errands with them!! I think we did pretty well!! I'm pretty lucky that Alexis is really good (usually) at staying with me when I ask and that Ryan is an easy going baby so far! I'm loving having a baby again she's just so sweet!!! I'm also LOVING how sweet Alexis is with her!! Anytime she cries for just a second Lexie is there binkie in hand ready to help Ryan out! I just thought I would post a couple more pics! We had some snow while Kerry was here so I took Alexis out with Anya and they had a blast!! Hopefully that was the last snow of the season! :)

This was when I got in the shower and asked Lexie to give Ryan her binkie if she started crying and when I got out she had pulled her into her lap!! (Ryan was already on the bed so it wasn't so bad!) I did explain to Lex she can only hold her when mommy or daddy helps her but what a sweetheart!

Okay here we go some comparing... The one on the bottom is Alexis (her first real smiles!) The one on the top is Ryan and Travis just caught her smiling in her sleep (gas I know!) I just had to post them!!! I will post more soon I promise!! We're doing great just so busy!!

Ryan is HERE!!! We're so excited to be home and to have Ryan with us!!! She is an absolute beauty and we are a family of 4!!! She was born February 21, 2008 at 00:41 (12:41 a.m.) She weighed 7 lbs. 12 ounces and was 19 inches. We got home from the hospital about 1530 today and we've just been hanging out doing our thing! Alexis is thrilled to have a baby sister and LOVES to hold her!! I feel pretty good and I've decided the second baby is DEFINATELY an easier recovery!! Thank goodness! Of course I still have a little ways to go but I'm feeling pretty good!! Ryan is already a champion nurser and hopefully I won't have the problems I had with Lex! We are so blessed!! Here are some pics from the last 48 hours...

So I thought I would post a few pics... We've finally had some nice days, a little cold but sunny so we've taken advantage!! Alexis LOVES being outside!!! She also LOVES her tricycle!! Here she is...

I also finally recieved the last few things for Ryan's room and Travis so sweetly helped me put them up so her room is COMPLETED!! I love how it turned out... I'm almost done with Alexis's room I'm just waiting on her new bedset really but it's backordered till March so hopefully it will come soon... I'll post pics of her room when I'm done! I know I'm not the best photographer but you get the idea!!!

A little update... Travis got home last Tuesday and Alexis and I were able to pick him up at the airport! She is overjoyed to have him home! All of sudden she's staying in her bed a little better AND back to normal with her potty training!!! He has to do everything for her b/c she won't let me which is a nice break for me! He's happy to be able to sleep and eat whenever he wants and we're all enjoying being a family again.

I'm being induced in TWO weeks!! CRAZY!!! We've been getting all the last minute preperations done. Today we hung everything on the walls and I have a few more things coming in the mail. Once it's all up I will definately post some pics with Lex's and Ryan's room. They are both coming together really well!! I'm of course doing a crazy amount of laundry and can't believe how much stuff I have!!!

Travis is on leave till the 17th and then I'll be induced on the 20th so he'll pretty much have the whole month of February off!!! I guess that's about it for now...

I had another Doctor appt. last night and it went just fine... My pregnancies are so uneventful and pretty basic it really is GREAT!! Everything is right on schedule. Next week I'm picking up the heparin and I will have to do that twice a day until the day I go in to be induced. That kinda stinks... Plus the Lovenox is in these ready made syringes and all I have to do is open it and shoot it. Now I'll have to actually measure it all out and do it so it'll be a little different but I think it will be fine! I think it will be wierd once I DON'T have to give myself shots everyday... We're still planning on the 20th of February so I have less than 4 weeks. YIKES!!

I also had to write down the cutest thing Lexie said the other morning. I was getting her dressed on my bed and she was standing there and out of nowhere said, "mama the baby is moving" and put her hand on her own belly! I cracked up. I said Lexie you don't have a baby in your belly only mommy. She started laughing and left it at that. It was so cute! Last night we were talking to Travis RIGHT after my appointment while still walking down the halls in the hospital. She gets on and tells him the whole story about how we got pictures of baby Ryan and baby Ryan is her sister and she's a girl. He enjoyed that even though on the phone it's kinda hard to understand her so he only got about half of it. She's such a little angel! I love her to death!

Speaking of Travis, he thought he was going to be able to try to walk on to Pathfinder school on Monday so he changed his plane ticket and everything but then he found out the unit probably won't pay for it so now he's just hanging out in Columbus, GA. Thank goodness he has a couple friends there that he really likes or he would be bored out of his mind!!! He's not sure when he'll get home but probably sometime next week!! I am bummed for him that he didn't get his school but I couldn't be happier that he is coming HOME!!!! Well I guess that's it for now!! Have a great weekend everyone!
